The engineer was lovely very respectful and didn't mind me talking to him was very glad he spent the time sorting my gas cooker out so I can use LPG as we are what is classed as "of grid" with having no natural gas to the house

Genuine and Punctual. I appreciated that the engineer kept to the appointment schedule he was pleasant and did not mind my dog being very friendly ! The job was completed quickly will definitely use Go Assist again

First visit the engineer fixed our grill with minimum fuss and no mess when he tried to do oven he found the part was defective so re ordered a new part. He returned quickly on Thursday early and fitted the new part taking no time at all and after testing that it was all lovely he tidied up behind him and left.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the initial visit to the final repair, their expertise and professionalism was truly outstanding. I'm incredibly grateful for his help and skill. 5 star service, thank you.
